Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These terms govern your use of reloca.co and the residency facilitation services provided by Reloca ("Reloca", "we", "us"). By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Please read sections 2 and 3 carefully. They explain what our service is, what it is not, and the limits of what any facilitator can promise about a government decision.

1. What we do

Reloca is a facilitation service. We assist individuals through the Mexican temporary and permanent residency process, including:

2. What we are not

3. No guarantee of approval

Residency approval is at the sole discretion of Mexican immigration authorities. Consulates and INM offices apply their own judgement, and requirements, interpretations, processing times, and appointment availability vary between locations and change without notice.

We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, that any application will be approved, that an appointment will be available within a particular timeframe, or that a particular consulate will interpret requirements a particular way. Any timelines we give are estimates based on experience, not commitments.

Statements from past clients describe their own experiences. Individual results vary and are not a prediction or guarantee of any outcome in your case.

4. Fees and payment

5. Money-back guarantee

If you complete our process and do not receive your Mexican resident card, we will refund your service fee in full, subject to the following conditions:

The guarantee covers Reloca's service fee only. It does not cover third-party costs as described in section 4. To claim, email teamreloca@gmail.com within 60 days of the decision.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Cancellation

You may cancel before we begin substantive work on your file for a full refund. After work has begun, refunds are handled under the money-back guarantee in section 5. We may decline or discontinue service if we believe an application involves inaccurate information, or if we cannot assist you, in which case we will refund fees for work not performed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reloca's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount of the service fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including travel costs, lost income, missed appointments, accommodation, or losses arising from changes in law or government policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you engage our services governs that engagement. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
